🚚 When Will My Order Ship?

All online orders placed before 10:00 AM Vietnam Time (ICT, UTC+7) on a business day are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM ICT are processed the next business day.

We ship orders the same day they are processed, unless an item is out of stock or there is a payment issue.

📅 Important Notes

- We are closed on all major holidays.

- The first day after processing is not considered a business day.

• Delivery times may be longer during Tết (Lunar New Year) and other major holidays

✏️ Order Modifications & Address Changes

If you need to make changes after placing your order:

• Contact us by phone or Zalo as soon as possible — before 10:00 AM ICT on the same business day.

• Message requests for changes cannot be guaranteed, but you will receive confirmation if successfully processed.

• Once an order has shipped, no further changes can be made.

• Address changes may be possible depending on the carrier, but additional fees may apply.

📦 Shipping Guide

We ship across Vietnam using trusted local carriers including GHN (Giao Hàng Nhanh), GHTK, J&T Express, Ninja Van, and Vietnam Post.

Estimated delivery times:

• Ho Chi Minh City:  Same day – 1 business day

• Southern provinces:  2–3 business days

• Central Vietnam:  3–4 business days

• Northern Vietnam & Hanoi:  4–6 business days
